Welcome to Pickah. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Pickah platform, including the mobile application, website, dashboards, APIs, and related services. By accessing or using Pickah, you agree to comply with these Terms.
'Pickah' refers to the Pickah platform and its operators. 'User' refers to customers, riders, logistics companies, SME businesses, or any person using the platform. 'Delivery' refers to any logistics or transportation service completed through the platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Logistics companies onboarding into the Pickah Business Network must own or manage at least 5 motorcycles and maintain an active team of riders.
Users must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration. Pickah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Riders must complete KYC verification before activation. Logistics companies must maintain service quality standards, rider accountability, and operational compliance. Pickah may conduct audits, verification checks, and performance reviews.
All deliveries must be completed through the Pickah platform. Users must not bypass the platform to avoid fees or commissions. Pickah may monitor delivery activities, route performance, estimated distance, delivery duration, and system behavior for security and operational purposes.
Referral rewards are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. Pickah reserves the right to reject, suspend, reverse, or cancel rewards associated with suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, fake deliveries, collusion, manipulated trips, or policy violations.
Pickah uses automated and manual fraud detection systems, including device identification, IP monitoring, route validation, KYC checks, delivery behavior analysis, payout reviews, and account linkage monitoring. Suspicious accounts may be restricted or permanently banned.
Users agree to all applicable service charges, commissions, processing fees, and penalties. Logistics partners may be charged platform service fees, analytics fees, or other operational fees as communicated by Pickah. Outstanding balances may result in account suspension.
Pickah may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for fraud, bypass attempts, abusive conduct, non-payment, policy violations, unsafe behavior, or activities that threaten the integrity of the platform.
Business users may access dashboards, fleet analytics, tracking tools, and performance systems. All analytics and operational insights remain the intellectual property of Pickah.
Pickah may collect and process operational data including locations, device information, routes, communications, payment activities, and platform interactions for safety, analytics, compliance, and service improvement.
Users may not engage in fraud, fake deliveries, account duplication, unauthorized data extraction, harassment, unlawful activities, or any attempt to manipulate the platform.
All Pickah branding, logos, systems, software, analytics, and platform content are owned by Pickah and may not be copied or used without authorization.
Pickah acts as a technology platform connecting users, riders, and businesses. While Pickah strives to ensure reliable service, it is not liable for indirect losses, delays, external events, or damages arising from third-party actions beyond reasonable control.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pickah against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Use of Pickah is also governed by the Pickah Privacy Policy.
Pickah may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable within the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
